Ana's Food Taquizas, LLC
It was 18 years ago when Ana and Jose thought they could open up a taqueria ("taco service").
In 1995, Ana and Jose married and together immigrated to America. They had three children but were struggling like many immigrant families to provide for their family. Ana has always loved to cook and by nature found a way to make a little extra money by cooking delicious meals that she could sell. The idea of starting a taqueria surged when they noticed that people loved the taste of Ana’s food.
In 2004, Ana and Jose purchased their first taco grill. Their first taquiza ("taco party") took place in the city of Upland, California. Eventually, Jose would quit his job and help Ana with taquizas full time and they would unknowingly start Ana’s Food. In 2006, the taqueria began being popular and they realized they could not do the work alone so they would ask Silvia, Jose’s sister, to join the taqueria. Silvia brought more authentic Mexican recipes with her too.
Ana, Silvia, and Jose believe that artificial and pre-packed ingredients do not belong in their recipes. For this reason they continue to provide great tasting food that is authentic with original home-made style recipes and ingredients.
Today, Ana’s Food is able to provide services in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino county. We want everyone in Southern California to taste the flavor of Mexico City’s street tacos. Our mission is to provide quality meals made from scratch with fresh ingredients, traditional family recipes and a home-made taste you will keep coming back for.
